155megabit OC3 lines, which is more than 100 times faster than a T1 (1.5
Mbits/sec). Our Network is multi-homed to redundant upstream backbone
providers. In the event of a failure with one provider, we'll still be
operating and connected through our other upstream provider(s).
Redundant Routers
We route traffic from our server systems to
our redundant OC3 Fiber Optic connections through redundant routers. We
use four Cisco Series 7500 routers, with a host of other Cisco routers,
hubs, and switches taking traffic from our servers to the Internet.
